Insulation inspection rules for board to board connectors: Insulating materials of the same model produced by qualified suppliers with stable product performance (returned without quality problems within one year) shall be sampled every 5 tons.

New insulation materials from qualified suppliers or insulation materials or samples from secondary suppliers shall be sampled for type testing. The following five supplies shall be randomly inspected. After passing the inspection, it can be switched to batch sampling. If insulation materials are found to be unqualified in one sampling, they shall be sampled according to the regulations for the first batch of supply. Each batch of insulation materials must be accompanied by a quality assurance certificate or testing report from the supplier's materials.

Sampling method: Take 2 bags or more from each batch. The detectable items include tensile strength, elongation at break, dielectric strength, volume resistivity, 80 ℃ volume resistivity, oxygen index, and density.

For performance that cannot be detected, acceptance shall be based on the manufacturer's testing report or warranty certificate. The insulation material is packaged in plastic film bags inside and PP woven fabric/kraft paper composite materials outside, with a net weight of 25 ± 0.2kg per bag, but no negative deviation is allowed per ton.

The packaging of insulation materials for board to board connectors must indicate the manufacturer's name, material model and name, production date, net weight, and product qualification certificate. When the insulation material for electronic wire connectors enters the factory, it should be accompanied by the manufacturer's quality assurance certificate or quality inspection report. When supplying, the manufacturer must provide a type test report from the statutory inspection department. During normal supply, the manufacturer must provide type test reports from the statutory inspection department for the current year every two years.

The insulation material of the transport board to wire connectors should not be exposed to sunlight or rain, and the packaging should not be damaged.

The insulation material for board to wire connectors should be stored in a clean, cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The storage period is 12 months from the production date.
